Spicy masala dosa is south indian's very famous snack as a kind of roll. Prepared like roti of rice and lentils' blended mixture. And stuffed with potatoes and chicken pieces. It is served with lip smacking dips in a special dosa platter to enjoy.

Ingredients
- Rice 3 cups
- White lentils 2 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- For Masala:
- Chicken 200 gm (boneless)
- Potatoes 3 – 4 (boiled)
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
- Cumin ½ tsp (crushed)
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Mustard seed ½ tsp
- Oil 4 – 5 tbsp
- Curry leaves as required
- Salt to taste
- Preparation for dosa mixture.
- Soak white lentils and rice in 3-4 cups of water overnight.
- Add salt to the mixture and blend.
- Leave the mixture at room temperature for 3 – 4 hours.
- The mixture for the dosa shell is ready.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Now add chicken and fry till the oil floats on top.
- Then add chopped potatoes, crushed cumin, crushed red chili, turmeric, salt, crushed black pepper and garlic paste and fry.
- Turn the flame off. Heat oil in a griddle.
- Spread the dosa mixture on the pan.
- Swirl in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Spread the filling on the base of the dosa and fold.
